In honour of the shepherd/farmer, the municipality recovered an old building, located at one of the entrances to the village, to install the Farmer and Cheese Museum there, as part of an approach to enhancing this product. It thus aims to transmit to current and future generations the diversity, richness and multifaceted character of the culture of these strong people, achieved with a lot of effort. The best of what they built under particularly difficult conditions is displayed here. This place is therefore a memory of old times that must be maintained and passed on.
Among the activities in which, especially children, can participate (by advance booking only) are a visit to an artisanal cheese factory in the municipality and see and or participate in the fields (sowing / planting), according to the agricultural calendar, in order for children to know where food comes from and how important it is to maintain the conditions that support life on the planet.
