Dating back to the second half of the 18th century, and known as the Cathedral of Estrela Mountain Cheese, the Manor house of Estrela Mountain cheese is worth of a visit by itself.
Visitors can buy and take home, or simply taste, with the guarantee of quality, the famous cheese, ex-libris of the region, in addition to other delicious delicacies of our gastronomy.
In the Manor House you can admire the artefacts used in the artisanal manufacture, from milking to reaching the table of the connoisseur/consumer.
