In this activity the visitor will have the opportunity to follow the traditional manufacturing process and enjoy this unique experience with our cheese maker.

Basket with Serra da Estrela PDO cheese, cured sheep cheese, cottage cheese and sausages, accompanied by corn bread, sponge cake, sweets and honey, Dão wine and natural juice. 

There may be variations in the offer of products throughout the year, considering their seasonal availability, as well as the introduction of others not mentioned. 

Visit to the farm to get to know the routines of the herd, interact with young, get to know the daily life of the herd and the shepherd.

Our shepherds milk the herd every day at sunrise and sunset, in this activity visitors will learn how to extract the milk.

November to May. Milking schedule respects the routine of the animals, varying according to the time of sunrise and sunset.
